அண்மையில் தமது அபார திறமைகளை வெளிப்படுத்திய துடுப்பாட்ட அணி வீரர்கள் பரில்கள் வழங்கி கௌரவிக்கப்பட்டனர்.
எமது பாடசாலையின் 19 வயது பிரிவு துடுப்பாட்ட அணி வீரர்களின் விளையாட்டுத் திறமைகளை மென்மேலும் மேம்படுத்துவதை நோக்காகக் கொண்டு, இலங்கை பாடசாலைகள் துடுப்பாட்டச் சங்கம் நடாத்திய பிரிவு II சுற்றுப்போட்டிகளில் 50 ஓட்டங்களுக்கு மேல் பெற்ற வீரர்களும், தமது திறமைகளால் 5 மற்றும் அதற்குமேலான ஆட்டமிழப்புகளைப் பெற்றுத் தந்த வீரர்களும் பரிசில்கள் வழங்கி கௌரவிக்கப்பட்டனர்.
இந் நிகழ்வுக்கான பரிசுத் தொகையான ருபா. 50,000 எமது பழைய மாணவரும், பிரபல தொழிலதிபருமான திரு. டப்சி கனகரட்ணம் அவர்கள் தானாக முன்வந்து வழங்கியிருந்தார்.

Incentive Awards for Sportsmen
Recently, the members of the cricket team who displayed exceptional talent were honoured with incentive awards.
With the objective of further enhancing the sporting skills of our school’s Under-19 cricket team players, awards were presented to those who scored more than 50 runs and to those who secured five or more wickets in the Division II tournaments conducted by the Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association.
The prize money amounting to Rs. 50,000 for this event was generously donated on a voluntary basis by our distinguished old boy and renowned entrepreneur, Mr. Dubsi Kanagaratnam.
The college community extends its heartfelt gratitude to him.
